DRB Partners Wins 5 Awards in International MarCom Competition

awards_3sDRB received two Platinum Awards for work it produced for Linear Technology: one for a “French door” or gatefold cover spread for Elektronik Industrie magazine, and one for a cover illustration for Markt & Technik. DRB also earned a Gold statuette for the employee recruitment materials it produced for Linear Technology, which included a presentation folder with informational inserts, tabletop displays and retractable banners.

DRB won a Gold Award for its own self-promotional campaign, which carried a “Creativity Happens in All Kinds of Space” theme, and included an agency brochure, redesigned Web site, YouTube video, e-newsletter, and laptop wraps.

The agency won an Honorable Mention for the 2008 annual report it produced for the San Mateo County Transportation Authority.

The MarCom Awards is an international competition honoring outstanding work in the communications field. Entries are judged by a select panel of members of the Association of Marketing & Communication Professionals (AMCP) according to superior benchmarks of quality, across 20 major communications categories. It is one of the largest and best-established award programs in the industry, drawing more than 5,000 U.S. and foreign entries in the 2009 competition from advertising and public relations agencies, corporate communications departments, designers, writers, and broadcast producers.
