DRB Client, Radiient Technologies, Receives Consumer Electronics Association Innovations Award

Santa Clara, CA (November 12, 2008) – The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) today presented its CES Innovation Award to Radiient Technologies for its Roomcaster® early adapter kit. The kit enables consumers to convert existing wired audio components into a wireless 5.1 surround-sound system.

Established in 1976, the CES Innovations Award program recognizes outstanding achievements in product design and engineering. It is sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)® and endorsed by the Industrial Designers Society of America. Products are judged by a prominent panel of industrial designers, engineers and members of the trade press.

Radiient’s Roomcaster early adapter kit consists of a source adapter and six speaker adapters, which consumers can attach to any brand of speakers and source devices to create a 5.1 wireless surround-sound system.

“Innovation is what Radiient is all about, and we are thrilled to be recognized with an award honoring innovation,” said Jano Banks, Radiient’s president and CEO. “Our goal is to reduce, and eventually remove, all AV cables from consumers’ homes to make it easy for anyone to experience high-quality home entertainment.” Innovations honoree products are viewable online at  www.CESweb.org/Innovations.
