DRB Helps WestGate Community Church Launch Pledge Campaign for New Children's Center

San Jose, CA (March 16,2007) – In six weeks, start to finish, DRB developed a full multimedia package to help WestGate Church leaders solicit the congregation for pledges to fund the building of a new Children’s Center. WestGate is a 1,600-member church located at the intersection of Prospect & Saratoga Avenues in San Jose, CA.

DRB started by selecting a campaign name,” IMPACT”, based on input from church leaders. This was developed into a logo and a brand that could be applied to presentation folders, mailers, leaders’ meeting materials, pledge cards, letterhead, t-shirts, PowerPoint presentations, video and other media. DRB provided their services pro-bono, except for out-of pocket expenses.


The pledge target date was mid-March and the campaign was launched in late February to leaders and staff. Then, when the program was presented, the congregation’s responses exceeded WestGate’s highest expectations. Not only did the church gain the funds needed for the new Center, it also fully funded an existing program to build a new sanctuary.
