For more than 30 years Ray Brown has been observing and learning how business customers respond to marketing messages. When he started DRB in 1985, a goal was to help clients see their businesses through the eyes of their customers. Today, that core competency is evident as Ray still enjoys the process of developing strategic client marketing campaigns based on customer-centric messages.
Ray is recognized as a Certified Business Communicator (CBC) by the national Business & Marketing Association. His experience with business-to-business (B2B) marketing has allowed DRB to attract established, mature clients and to help selected start-ups grow. Ray completed his education at San Jose Sate University, majoring in English and Journalism. He also holds additional degrees in science and electronics.
Ray is active in the community, church, and serves on committees and boards for non-profit organizations. Apart from his family, his love and hobby is railroading.
